2. Orders & pricing

All prices are in US dollars. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel orders of items accidentally listed at the wrong price, with a full refund.

3. Pre-orders

Pre-order items are charged at purchase and ship on the estimated date on the product page. Estimated dates can shift; we’ll email you if a delay exceeds 30 days, and you may cancel for a full refund any time before shipment.

4. Fan art & trademarks

Winky Fantasy is an independent studio. Character names referenced in product listings belong to their respective rights holders; our products are original fan artwork and are not official merchandise unless explicitly stated.

5. Returns

6. Liability

Our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
